He's a serious guy and a very hard worker. A testament to that is his role as Safety Overseer on our volunteer projects. It's a really really important job and kind of thankless. You walk around all day making sure dum-dums like me don't cut their fingers off or hit themselves in the head with a hammer. And we never think twice about how much guys like him have to worry about us. Certainly more than we do ourselves. Joe has an infectious laugh and an eager sense of humor when he does relax but knows when it's time to work it isn't time to goof around. When we do work together, he inspires to me to get more done and to do a better job doing it.
